Pre-Opening Support
As a new owner, support begins the first day you join the Sir Speedy family. Our development department will review your targeted market to spot opportunities. Once the review is completed, you'll have a choice of areas in which to open your new Sir Speedy center.

Next, we'll help you select a physical site for your center and assist with the lease negotiations. Plus we'll advise you in the design of your new center, work with the landlord to implement your design and help with any contractor selection you may require.

We'll also select, order, ship and coordinate the installation of all your opening equipment, fixtures and displays. In short, you get everything you need to open your center quickly and efficiently.

Opening Support
When you open your doors, Sir Speedy, Inc., is there from day one. A Development Services Representative (DSR) spends two weeks onsite to get you up and running quickly. Building on your education at our comprehensive training facility, Sir Speedy University, you'll work with the DSR to hire and train key employees and learn practical techniques for running your business.

Post Opening Support
Once you're open, our outside sales trainer will spend one week onsite to train you and your salespeople on how to contact and capture the largest, most profitable accounts.

And for even more experienced advice, an existing franchisee will visit your center for one week to provide counsel and encouragement and be a helpful mentor. Finally, a Business Management Consultant from our highly-trained field personnel will visit your center and begin the lifelong process of ongoing support.

And of course, our New Center Marketing Program will give you the foundation you need to capture customers quickly and begin building a profitable business using the proven Sir Speedy Marketing System.
